Matthew Kaplan, the cofounder and CEO of ReVireo, is an entrepreneur and environmentalist dedicated to facilitating investment in the energy efficiency and sustainability of buildings. ReVireo is an energy efficiency and green building services company working throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Matthew has over a decade of experience in green building, real estate development, public policy, and finance. He has guided dozens of large real estate development projects to achieve high-performance building certifications, comply with regulatory and financing requirements, and qualify for incentives.

Matthew serves on the Market Leadership Advisory Board for the New Jersey chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and is a member of the New Jersey chapter of the North American Passive House Network (NAPHN).
