Join environmental attorney Geri Albin and real estate and land use attorney Justin Calta as they highlight the critical environmental issues that all builders should be aware of when building, buying, or selling a property in New Jersey.
Geri Albin is Member of Saiber LLC’s Environmental Law practice. Geri concentrates her practice on all aspects of environmental law with an emphasis on the remediation and development of sites throughout New Jersey and New York. She focuses primarily on the operations of commercial and industrial facilities and provides counsel for due diligence, permitting and compliance. She also represents clients in governmental and private environmental cost recovery and penalty actions brought under federal and state environmental laws.
Geri received her B.A. from The George Washington University (cum laude) in 2003 and her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in 2006.
Justin Calta is Member of Saiber LLC’s corporate, real estate and land use practice groups. Justin’s practice focuses on the representation of businesses and individuals in real estate and corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on zoning, land use and re-development, acquisitions and dispositions, and commercial leasing. Justin appears before planning and zoning boards in obtaining regulatory and development approvals, including variances, site plan approvals, and subdivisions and has overseen the land use approval process in connection with the construction of new apartment complexes, single and multi-family residential developments, office complexes, retail and “brick and mortar” businesses, as well as warehousing and industrial uses.
Justin received his B.A. from Antioch College in 2006 and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in 2013.
